THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2017. Due to Paving, Rtes. 20 and 21 must detour Silver St until at least 5pm. Rte. 20 routing : Silver St to Wells St, to Allen St, to Chapman St, to Cleveland St, to Federal St, continue on regular route. Rte. 21 routing : Federal St to Cleveland St, to Chapman St, to Allen St, to Wells St, to Silver St, continue on regular route. Delays are to be expected along Rtes. 20 and 21.
